Account Deletion

This page explains how to delete your Sutasoma Hotel account and personal data, what is removed, and what we are required to keep. You can delete your account at any time, directly in the app.

How to Delete in the App

Open the Sutasoma Hotel app, go to My Account, tap Delete Account, and confirm. The deletion is permanent and takes effect immediately. You do not need to contact us first.

What Is Deleted

When you delete your account, we permanently remove:

  • Your account login (email and password).
  • Your profile details, such as name, phone, nationality, date of birth, and photo.
  • Your favorites, the rooms you saved to your wishlist.

What Is Retained and Why

Your booking and payment records are kept where required to meet accounting, tax, and legal obligations. These records are retained for a reasonable period and are then deleted or anonymized. After your account is deleted, these records are no longer linked to your account. This is described in the retention section of our Privacy Policy.

If You Cannot Access the App

If you are unable to use the app, you can request deletion by emailing reservation@thetribrata.com from the email address registered to your account. We will verify your request and delete your account and eligible data.
